We, the inhabitants of Shibalaya Upazila, would like to attract your attention to the flood that has recently visited in our locality. The flood has broken all the records of the past. The sufferings and the miseries of the flood affected people know no bounds. Many people have become homeless. Thousands of people have taken shelter on roads, boats and embankments. They are now living under the open sky without any civil amenities. Nevertheless, cholera, typhoid, diarrhoea, dysentery etc have broken out in an epidemic form. So they are badly in need of foods, medicines, clothes, shelters and pure drinking water. These people are eagerly awaiting for your assistance.
In the above mentioned circumstances, we earnestly call on you for sending sufficient relief goods to the flood distressed people of this locality immediately to lessen their sufferings and oblige us thereby.

According to Abraham Linkon - Democracy is the government of the people, for the people and by the people, the word development means progress, In details, development is the process of positive change. It indicates the positive change of present situation. Democracy and development are interrelated in present world, because development inter- related of country mostly depends on public participation people must work for the betterment of country. For this reason, a government should concern about people sentiment. As democracy refers public interest in government policy, it should make any decision considering people's benefit of a country. When a government ran a policy considering public interest, people will play a positive role and development will be influenced.
