Democracy and development are interrelated in present world, because development inter- related of country mostly depends on public participation people must work for the betterment of country. For this reason, a government should concern about people sentiment. As democracy refers public interest in government policy, it should make any decision considering people's benefit of a country. When a government ran a policy considering public interest, people will play a positive role and development will be influenced.
