ষ-ত্ব বিধান বলতে কি বোঝায়? ষ-ত্ব বিধানের চারটি নিয়ম লিখুন।
তৎসম শব্দের বানানে মূর্ধন্য 'য' এর ব্যবহারের নিয়মকে ষ-ত্ব বিধান বলে।
বিধানের পাঁচটি নিয়ম হলো:
১) অ, আ ভিন্ন কোনো স্বরধ্বনি এবং ক ও র-এর পরে 'ষ' প্রত্যয়ের 'স' থাকাল তা মূর্ধন্য 'ষ' হয়। যেমন: ভবিষ্যৎ, দিয়া, মুমূর্ষু, চক্ষুষ্মান, বিষয়, বিষ্ণু, সুনা ইত্যাদি।
২) ই-কারান্ত এবং উ-কারান্ত উপসর্গের পর কতগুলো ধাতুতে মূর্ধণ্য 'য' হয়। যেমনঃ অনুষ্ঠান, অভিষেক।
৩) ঋ-কার ও র-কার এর পর মূর্ধন্য 'ষ' হয়। যেমনঃ বৃষ, ঋষি, কৃষ্ণ, কৃষক, বর্ষা, উৎকর্ষ, বৃষ্টি, কৃষ্টি, সৃষ্টি ইত্যাদি । ইত্যাদি ।
৪) ট ও ঠ-এর সঙ্গে যুক্ত হলে দন্ত্য 'স' না হয়ে মূর্ধন্য 'য' হয়। যেমনঃ কষ্ট, কাষ্ঠ, ওষ্ঠ্য, স্পষ্ট ইত্যাদি।
৫) সমাসবদ্ধ পদ হলে এবং প্রথম পদের ই, উ, ঋ থাকলে মূর্ধন্য 'ষ'-এ পরিণত হয়। যেমনঃ যুধিষ্ঠির, গোষ্ঠী, ভ্রাতৃপুত্র ইত্যাদি।

”পাকা'' শব্দ দিয়ে ভিন্নার্থক তিনটি বাক্য লিখুন ।
১) পাকা বন্দোবস্ত (স্থায়ী) = শিক্ষক পরীক্ষার জন্য পাকা বন্দোবস্ত করে রেখেছেন।
২) পাকা কথা (শেষ সিদ্ধান্ত) = স্যার পরীক্ষার জন্য পাকা কথা নিয়েছে।
৩) ইচরে পাকা (অকালপক্ব)ঃ ইঁচরে পাকা বাচ্চাদের কেউ পছন্দ করে না।
কাউকে অন্ধভাবে অনুকরণের প্রবণতা যে কোন ব্যক্তির জন্যে ক্ষতিকর হতে পারে। কারণ তাতে তার নিজস্ব বৈশিষ্ঠ্য ও গুণাবলির সৃজনশীল বিকাশের সম্ভাবনা নষ্ট হয়ে যায়। প্রকৃতপক্ষে নিজের প্রতিভা ও ক্ষমতার প্রকাশ ও বিকাশের মাধ্যমেই মানুষ সত্যিকারের গৌরব ও মর্যাদা অর্জন করতে পারে।

“Rohinga Crisis in Bangladesh”
Rohingya refugees in Bangladesh refer to the refugees from Myanmar living in Banglade An estimated 8.50,000 to 9.50,000 Rohingya people have fled to Bangladesh since 25 August 201 to avoid ethnic and religious persecution by Myanmar's security forces. There are more 300,000 Rohingyas living in Bangladesh who fled in earlier violence from the Burmese government over the last three decades. Officially, Myanmar's government does not recognize the Rohingya as lawful citizens. The government claims they were brought to Rakhine from Bangladesh during the time when Myanmar was a British colony, and the government says they are living in Myanmar illegally. The refugees who are living in Bangladesh are suffering from many humanitarian problems. They suffer from food, shelter, water and sanitation problems. Women and children are the worst sufferers. They have no scope to take a bath. For this, they are becoming sick and getting affected by diseases. Now The Government of Bangladesh (GOB) is working closely with IOM and other agencies to establish a new 2,000-acre site. Site planners and engineers are working on access roads and layout of this large site to allow the provision of services. Until then, services and assistance are still required in Rohingya's villages throughout Cox's Bazar.
Rohingya, they've been described as the "world's most persecuted minority". The Rohingya are a majority-Muslim ethnic group who have lived in the Buddhist nation of Myanmar for centuries. They have faced persecution at the hands of Myanmar's military since the country's independence in the late 1940s.Buddhists in Myanmar believe that Rohingya are Bengali who migrated to Myanmar illegally during the British rule in the subcontinent. Recently, a military crackdown held in August 2017 which creates a new mass exodus of Rohingyas towards Bangladesh and many other countries. Most Rohingya have sought refuge in and around Cox's Bazar in Bangladesh. There they spend their days and nights in an inhuman condition.Bangladesh govt and foreign organizations try their utmost to handle this situation. But it is getting worse day by day.UNO, Turkey and many other Muslim and non-muslim countries are trying to stop this heinous work of Myanmar govt. One significant resource is increasingly limited cooking fuel. Wood fuel collected from protected forest reserves is the main source of cooking fuel for refugees. The speed of the influx of arrivals is contributing to the lack of cooking fuel in markets and its high prices, now reaching more than 60 percent of refugee households' weekly expenditure. To afford fuel, people are resorting to selling food and assets. More and more food, firewood and other commodities are being imported from neighbouring districts, as local people are unable to meet the demands of the burgeoning market. High prices of goods and transportation are increasing the negative impacts on the local population. Mobilizing resources to support one of the world's poorest and most densely populated countries has proved challenging. The Government of Bangladesh is responding to the crisis in partnership with national and international humanitarian and development agencies. Short- and medium-term solutions are needed to increase support to host communities and families supporting refugees, and improve the wider food and agriculture environment of impacted areas outside camps. The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), with government partners, civil society and other United Nations agencies, is working to meet early response needs and contribute to longer- term solutions to the region's endemic poverty.
