রূপকল্প ২০৪১ বা বাংলাদেশ ভিশন ২০৪১ বাংলাদেশের প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনা প্রদত্ত এবং জাতীয় অর্থনৈতিক কাউন্সিল কর্তৃক প্রণীত গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশের আর্থ-সামাজিক অবস্থানকে আরও দৃঢ় করে গড়ে তোলার জাতীয় কৌশলগত পরিকল্পনা। ২০২২ থেকে ২০৪৪ সাল, এই বাইশ বছরের কৌশলগত পঞ্চবার্ষিকী পরিকল্পনার অংশ হিসাবে, বাংলাদেশের লক্ষ্য শিল্পায়নের মাধ্যমে উচ্চ আয়ের দেশের মর্যাদা অর্জন। বাংলাদেশ থেকে রপ্তানি বৃদ্ধি, মানব সম্পদ উন্নয়নের মাধ্যমে উৎপাদন ক্ষমতা বৃদ্ধি এবং বিনিয়োগের প্রসারকে উৎসাহ দেয়া রূপকল্প ২০৪১ -এর উদ্দেশ্য।
