As the school authority can no longer wait in getting relief from the sun heat, the wanted to

Honorable Sir,
With the humble respect I want to draw your attention to the amount of taxes and tariffs levied on imported industrial raw materials. Industrial raw materials are mostly used in Ready Made Garments Sector which contributes about 82% in our export earnings. The garments owners pay huge amount of money on tariffs and taxes on account of the increased price of the apparels. Reducing tariff and taxes on these items would encourage the export keeping the garments industries competitive in the world market. 

Therefore I, pray and expect that necessary steps will be taken to reduce taxes on imported industrial raw materials.

Hence, modern technology and globalization are interconnected with one another. Modern technologies made the world faster and smarter by dint of its utilization. So technologies brought about a positive change in our day to day lives though some raise questions over the abuses of modern gadgets and technologies. With the help of modern technologies, people living in the distant area come closer than they were in ever before in the history of civilization.

Technological advancements in different aspects including modern communication, transportation have greatly facilitated the establishment of a global citizenship because of an increase in global engagements. Technological improvements did not take place hastily, rather we had to wait long time for it. This development made us global citizenship. People living in the remote area the world are not deprived of any blessings provided by the modern technology. Within the shortest possible time, they get access of any services any news. But modern technologies have come to us with its merits and demerits. This also cause the sufferings of the many people. Modern technologies have brought some lethal weapons that one can not imagine how a weapon can kill hundreds of thousands of people. We will now discuss some of the advantages that technology brings forth and how it affects the global citizens:

• The invention of the computer was very important point. Communication is thus enhanced and companies can communicate more easily with foreign countries.
• Technology with the help of globalization has increased the productivity of almost every industry in the world.
•  In the modern industrial world, machine can carry out most of the agricultural and industrial work and as a result, workers produce much more goods than a century ago and work less.
• Sales and purchases are now facilitated and possible world wide within a moment which took a long time few years ago.
• At the medical level, technology can treat more sick people and combat very harmful 

viruses and bacteria. Some disadvantages of technology are given below:

• The evolution of modern technology has disadvantages, for example, dependence on new technology. Man no longer needs to think. Even if the calculator is a good invention, man no longer makes mental calculation and no longer works his memory. The decline of human capital implies an increase in unemployment. In some areas, devices can replace the human mind.
• The use of technology certainly needs rule and new laws. For example internet use is an individual freedom. However, the invention of the atomic bomb cannot be an individual freedom. In fact, regulations are difficult to implement when these technologies are introduced - such as regulation surrounding the impending arrival of autonomous vehicles.
• Finally, as most technological discoveries aim to reduce human effort, it would imply that more work is done by machines. This equates to less work for people: the human is becoming ever so obsolete by the day, as processes become automated and jobs are made redundant.

In fine we can say that the technology is the cause and the globalization is effect. As technologies help getting us together breaking all international barriers. We should derive the full merits from technology. At the same time, we have to careful about the abuses of it.
