Hydroponics agriculture practice is an age-old practice of crops production where local people using their traditional apparatus and agricultural knowledge develop a system for producing bio-diverse vegetables and crops in the floating lands.

Floating bed agriculture is economically very beneficial due to its sustainable use of natural resources, multiple use of the land and low costs infrastructure. The materials needed for floating bed agriculture are locally abundant and handy.

Water hyacinth is called notorious weed because this weed reproduces itself very fast and multiples within a very short span of time covering up the whole waterways.

Agro-biodiversity production system can be maintained through Dhap system. In this system, one can farm fishes in the pond or other water sources and above water one can cultivate crops and vegetables decomposing water hyacinth, algae or other plant residues.

The idea woe turns into wealth is related to the aquatic weeds like water hyacinth. Water hyacinth is famous for it's fast reproduction system. One to this terrible nature, it obstructs the water mobility and causes much more suffering. But this notorious weed can be turned into useful weeds by decomposing them to cultivate crops in Dhap system.

প্রাকৃতিক আইন ও প্রাকৃতিক অধিকার তত্ত্ব থেকে মানবতাবিরোধী অপরাধ ও যুদ্ধাপরাধ সম্পর্কে সাধারণ ধারণা লাভ করা যায়। নির্দিষ্ট কিছু কাজ মানুষের মূল্যবোধ ও মর্যাদাকে ব্যাহত করে এবং প্রত্যেক মানুষেরই জানা উচিৎ যে এগুলো সাধারণ নৈতিক মূল্যবোধের উপর প্রতিষ্ঠিত। এখানে এটা কোনো হিসেবের মধ্যে আসবে না যে তারা (বিশেষত যুদ্ধক্ষেত্রে সৈনিকরা) কি ধরনের কাজের জন্য আদিষ্ট হচ্ছে। এখানে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়টা এই যে সৈনিকরা তাদের সন্ত্রাসীমূলক কর্মকান্ডের জন্য শুধু এই বলে পার পাবে না যে তারা এই সন্ত্রাসীমূলক ঘটনা সংঘটনের জন্য আদিষ্ট হয়েছিল। নুরেমবার্গের ট্রাইব্যুনাল আদালতের ৪নং শর্ত অনুযায়ী, “যেখানে নৈতিক মূল্যবোধ দেখানোর সুযোগ ছিল সেখানে কোনো সৈনিক সেটা না দেখিয়ে সরকারের প্ররোচনামূলক সন্ত্রাসী কিছু করলে আন্তর্জাতিক নিয়ম অনুযায়ী এই অজুহাতে তাকে রক্ষাকবচ দেয়া হবে না” । অধিকন্তু ৩নং শর্তানুযায়ী “কোনো নেতা বা উর্ধ্বতন কর্তৃপক্ষ এই ধরনের যন্ত্রনাদায়ক ঘটনার জন্য দায়ী থাকলে পার পাবেন না”। যুদ্ধপরাধ ট্রাইব্যুনাল ও আন্তর্জাতিক আইন প্রতিষ্ঠার ক্ষেত্রে নুরেমবার্গের বিচার আদালতকে একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ধাপ হিসেবে দেখা হয়। নুরেমবার্গ প্রতিষ্ঠার পর হতে আন্তর্জাতিক সম্প্রদায়সমূহ অধিকতর নিরপেক্ষতার সহিত এই যুদ্ধাপরাধ ও মানবতাবিরোধী অপরাধের বিরুদ্ধে কাজ করছে। পাশাপাশি এটি হেগ শহরে প্রতিষ্ঠিত আন্তর্জাতিক অপরাধ আদালত প্রতিষ্ঠায়ও ভূমিকা রাখে ৷

Nazrul's rebel-thought was established centering the matter of dependency. Nazrul's series of thoughts are the identity of the sum of his restive existence. His restive thoughts went against political dependency, secularism, woman's repression and the supremacy over culture. He passed through most of his life-time in extreme poverty. He realized poverty acutely. That's why all of the sources of his rebel consciousness can be attributed to the poverty. This distinctiveness of Nazrul is different from the distinctiveness of the capitalist western society. Though the separateness introduces the identity of the rebel existence of Nazrul, but it had reflected in an exceptional dimension of Nazrul's writings in the social systems. Nazrul belonged to the quality of recalcitrance and revolutionary awareness and for this reason, he was adamant in terms of individuality. And if the strong-willed people like him sparkles themselves with their distinctions, the society must get the maximum advancement.
