Let, the width of the rectangular field is x m

The length is 1.5x m

The area of rectangular is $(x \times 1.5 x) = 1.5 x^{2} m^{2}$

The total cost of covering the field will be $(1.5 x^{2} \times 1.9)$ Tk.
According to the question,

$1.5 x^{2} \times 1.9 = 10, 260 \Rightarrow 2.85 x^{2} = 10, 260 \Rightarrow x^{2} = \frac{10260}{2.85} \Rightarrow x^{2} = 3, 600 ∴ x = \sqrt{{(60)}^{2}} = 60$

So, width= 60m, length = $1.5 \times 60 = 90 m$

Perimeter = 2(60+90) = 300m

Total cost $300 \times 2.5 = 750$ Tk.

750 Tk. is needed to fence the four sides of the rectangular field. ans.
