Subject: Prayer for immediate vaccination in our locality. 

Sir, 
With due reverent, we want to attract your kind attention to the fact that smallpox and other viral diseases have rapidly broken out in our Ulail Union in an epidemic form. Most of the people in this area have not been vaccinated, so they are in great danger. But despite informing the local health department several times for making immediate arrangement for vaccination, we have not found any response to save the lives of the people in this union. 

So, we hope that you would be gracious enough to take necessary steps for immediate arrangement of vaccination in our union and obliged us thereby.
