$\Rightarrow \frac{- 2}{x^{2} - 5 x - 3 x + 15} = \frac{- 2}{x^{2} - 4 x - 2 x + 8}$

$\Rightarrow \frac{1}{x^{2} - 8 x + 15} = \frac{1}{x^{2} - 6 x + 8}$ [Dividing both sides by - 2]
