There has been a haphazard situation in the banking sector due to unrestrained corruption credit forgery, and burden of default loans and largely on overlapping loans. Rescheduled loans have been becoming defaulted again! This is an ominous sign for banking sector. Due to pressure increased cost of collecting deposits and uninhibited corruptions, banks are not coming of the higher rate of interest. Higher interest rate has been emerged as a kink in the neck for the entrepreneurs throughout the year.
