আন্তর্জাতিক সম্পর্কের ক্ষেত্রে বিশ্বায়ন খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। এটি মূলত সীমান্তহীন একটি বাজার ব্যবস্থা সৃষ্টির মাধ্যমে বিশ্বব্যাপী ব্যবসা বাণিজ্য বিস্তৃতকরণের একটি প্রক্রিয়া। কিন্তু জীবনের বহু ক্ষেত্রে এর সুদূরপ্রসারী ভূমিকা রয়েছে। উচ্চ প্রযুক্তিগত যোগাযোগ মাধ্যমগুলোর উন্নতিও দ্রুত অবকাঠামোগত সুবিধা সৃষ্টি হওয়ার দরুন পৃথিবী এখন হাতের মুঠোয় চলে এসেছে। পৃথিবীর দূরতম স্থানে কি ঘটছে তা এখন আমরা মুহূর্তের মধ্যেই জানতে পারি এবং সম্ভব স্বল্পতম সময়ে পৃথিবীর মে কোন স্থানে ভ্রমণ করতে পারি। পৃথিবীর দেশগুলো এখন একই গ্রামের পরিবারের মতো। একটি দেশ অপর দেশের আপদকালীন মুহূর্তে তাৎক্ষণিক এগিয়ে আসতে পারে। কিন্তু বিশ্বায়ন ধারণাটির সুযোগ নিয়ে পুঁজিবাদ জয়ের পথে বেশ খানিকটা এগিয়ে আছে । বিশ্বায়ন উন্নয়নশীল দেশগুলোর চাইতে পুঁজিবাদী রাষ্ট্রগুলোর জন্য বিবিধ সুযোগ-সুবিধার সৃষ্টি করছে। সাহায্য ও সহযোগিতার নাম করে এই সব শিল্পোন্নত পুঁজিবাদী রাষ্ট্রগুলো গরীব দেশগুলোর সত্তা শ্রমিকদের শোষণ করছে।

Dear Sir,
This letter is regarding a serious bullying situation in our college which needs immediate actions to resolve. About 15 thousands students are studying in our college in the different faculty. Among them, approximately 35% of the total students do not attend class regularly which has been found through recent study. A large number of students do not attend to the class due to private coaching centers. Private coaching centers are growing here and there. Students who come to the college do not attend in the class as most of the coaching centers teach them in class time which is very much harmful for their (students) academic career. In those coaching centers, students are given some sheets to just pass in the examination. They do not follow the texts books. This is very much injurious for their academic developments. To react the above mentioned circumstances, I think with help of administration, we should launch a drive against those so called coaching centers. Coaching centers that conduct their classes at college time should be stopped as immediately as possible. Besides teacher who are involved in this coaching business should be brought under prevailing law we maintain in our college. We should maintain student attendance properly and in case of attendance less than 75% students should not be permitted to sit for any examination.
I would, therefore very much like that the matter is thoroughly looked into and the coaching centers warned and punished thereby. If need be I may come and see you personally in this regard.

A stock market is a market for securities, debt or equity where business enterprises, business companies and government can raise long-term funds. So the stock market is defined as a market in which money is provided for longer periods than a year. Stock is a security issued in the form of shares that represent ownership interests in a company. This market offers a great opportunity for the whole economy if we can grab it properly. Firstly, the companies can arrange their long term stock for business expansion from stock market within a minimum cost. Secondly, the companies listed in the stock market come under regulation of securities and exchange commission which ensures the corporate governance of the companies. Stock market can attract public or private investment. People with surplus fund can invest here and earn better in future. Stock market can finance huge fund for large projects. So this market is considered as the barometer of economy. An efficient stock market is the leading indicator of the economy.
Present scenario of Stock Market of Bangladesh: Inadequate supply of good fundamental securities is one of the main problems of stock market of Bangladesh but we know that it is very essential to ensure adequate supply of securities. Bond market has not developed yet. There are very few numbers of debentures and one perpetual bond are listed on the exchanges. For development of the secondary bond market BSEC along with different parties are working hardly. Still there is no complete separate regulation for bonds. But it is matter of hope that it will come within a very short time. Derivative market, future market, commodities market, options market and swap market have not come into existence yet. But these are very much crucial to have a comprehensive investment framework. Merchant Banking activities are not satisfactory but Commission has been working to improve the situation and has been improving day by day. There is a scope to introduce Exchange Traded Fund (ETF), index fund.

On other hand it is necessary to be cautious to utilize these opportunities because of recent risks associated in the stock market. Financial engineering can be promoted along with caution.
Recently our stock market has achieved a notable progress. The notable progress in the development of the stock market and enhanced transparency in securities transactions have been achieved with the active cooperation of the Government and all institutions and organizations related to stock market.
Reforms or measures to be made for improving stock market:
To conclude, the stock market of Bangladesh is now poised to play its due role as a conduit for financing investment and thereby making a notable contribution to economic growth, employment creation and poverty alleviation.
Teacher's personality can play a great role in the success of his students. It is teacher who makes clear of any difficult subjects, comprehensible any puzzling topic and easier to learn any new thing and these capabilities largely depend upon teacher's personality.
Student's complain about the teacher's requirements made the principal try a new approach in finding new teachers.
According to the students of the high school. Principal does not teach them, but teacher teaches them. So they need to know what type of person will be their teacher. To know this fact, the principal introduces double interview system.
High school administration asks their requirements to the teachers and the students judge teachers by asking some criteria. Thus they co-operate one another while choosing the right teacher for their school.
The principal has two goals to achieve by letting students take part in job interview:
i) More understanding and fewer discords between students and teachers.
ii) This participation in the job interview will raise their sense of responsibility.
