I got your letter a week ago but could not write back as I was awfully busy with my brother's wedding. I hope that you are quite well by the blessing of Allah. In your Letter you wanted to know about how to improve proficiency in English. In our civilization English cannot be ignored. Modern civilization is obsolete without the help of English. At first I suggest you to buy an Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary written by A. S. Horny. You will read at least five words in a day and you can practice this word through writhing and speaking. When you are reading something you should follow the grammatical rules very minutely. Try to improve your speaking skill practicing frequently. I think if you follow my advice, you will do better.
