Given that,

$\frac{5 y e a r s i n t e r e s t + P r i n c i p a l = 300 T k . 2 y e a r s i n t e r e s t + P r i n c i p a l = 240 T k .}{3 y e a r s i n t e r e s t = 60 T k .}$

$∴ 1 y e a r s i n t e r e s t = \frac{60}{3} T k .$

$∴ 2 y e a r s i n t e r e s t = \frac{60 \times 2}{3} = 40 T k .$

Hence, initial principal = 240 - 40=200 Tk.
