= আধুনিক বিশ্বে নারীরা প্রমাণ করে দিয়েছেন যে, তাঁরা কর্মক্ষেত্রে পুরুষদের থেকে পিছিয়ে নেই। একজন মা অথব একজন স্ত্রী হিসেবে তাদের ভূমিকা কখনো শেষ হয় না। বর্তমান সময়ে তাদের জন্য কাজের বিভিন্ন ক্ষেত্র খোলা রয়েছে। তাঁরা বর্তমানে শিক্ষক হিসেবে স্কুল, কলেজ এবং বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে কাজ করছেন। তাঁরা বর্তমানে রাজনীতি বা রাজ পরিচালনায়ও পিছিয়ে নেই । ইনারা তাঁরাই যারা বর্তমানে বাংলাদেশের রাজনীতির সামনের সারিতে অবস্থান করছেন।
